Made from the sustainable grasses found near their village in Ghana and dyed with natural organic berries and plants, these Fair Trade Ahero baskets are crafted by the grandmothers of a small village to help support their families. These strong, colorful baskets are perfect to use for carrying groceries, holding children's toys, or for hauling essentials for a day at the pool or beach. Each of these handmade baskets is unique so there are slight variations in colors and size. Baskets are approximately 11 -12 inches deep and 16- 17 inches across the top. Baskets taper in diameter off towards the bottom to 10 - 11 inches. The handles are each 7 - 8 inches.
