Production involves casting to form a rough mold, cooling followed by polishing, cleaning and quality checks, and finally hand assembly primarily by local women, all in a Fair Trade environment.

Product Description

Quirky Pig Twirl office organizers from Cape Town, South Africa, are made from mixed metals, some of which are recycled. The items are formed by using a cast to create a rough mold and then the rough item is cooled, and passed down the production line to the polishers. Once there, each piece is individually cleaned and checked for blemishes. After the products have passed all the quality standards, they are assembled by hand by a group of ladies.
